So yesterday afternoon I’ve been to therapy. I wish to update you guys on what doing there.
I’m mostly doing mindfulness therapy, DBT, CBT, exposure therapy, humour therapy and trauma therapy.
Currently with all these treatments, I can control my social anxiety and phobia as well as cognitive distortions before they become harmful behaviours to others or myself which is a great healing achievement in my view!
